Utilizzando l'applicazione moya, accetti i presenti Termini di Utilizzo. L'app è destinata esclusivamente ad uso personale e non commerciale.

2. Abbonamenti Auto-Rinnovabili

moya offre i seguenti abbonamenti auto-rinnovabili:

  • moya Pro - Abbonamento Mensile
    • Durata: 1 mese
    • Prezzo: Come mostrato nell'App Store al momento dell'acquisto
    • Rinnovo automatico: ogni mese
  • moya Pro - Abbonamento Annuale
    • Durata: 1 anno
    • Prezzo: Come mostrato nell'App Store al momento dell'acquisto
    • Rinnovo automatico: ogni anno

3. Gestione Abbonamenti

Gli abbonamenti sono gestiti tramite Apple App Store. Il rinnovo automatico può essere disattivato nelle impostazioni del tuo account Apple ID almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo corrente. La cancellazione dell'abbonamento avrà effetto al termine del periodo già pagato.

4. Pagamenti

I pagamenti vengono elaborati tramite Apple App Store e sono soggetti ai termini e condizioni di Apple. I prezzi possono variare per paese e sono mostrati nell'App Store al momento dell'acquisto.

5. Limitazione di Responsabilità

L'applicazione moya è fornita "così com'è", senza garanzie di alcun tipo. Non garantiamo che l'app sia sempre disponibile o priva di errori.

6. Modifiche ai Termini

Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare questi termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno pubblicate su questa pagina con una nuova data di aggiornamento.

By using the moya application, you agree to these Terms of Use. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

moya offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • moya Pro - Monthly Subscription
    • Duration: 1 month
    • Price: As displayed in the App Store at time of purchase
    • Auto-renewal: every month
  • moya Pro - Annual Subscription
    • Duration: 1 year
    • Price: As displayed in the App Store at time of purchase
    • Auto-renewal: every year

3. Subscription Management

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of the already paid period.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Prices may vary by country and are displayed in the App Store at time of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

The moya application is provided "as is", without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a new update date.
